We employ ex-firemen and ex-ambulance men who have to retire at 55 years old. We give away everything we collect to families in need where possible. We also provide free funiture to ARK Eastleigh, Family Services and Children Support. We are not a profit making company, and everything we earn goes back into keeping our vans running etc. We recycle everything we collect. We are actually based in Winchester. I initially set up Winchester House Clearance to show my two teenage sons how a business is built from start to finish, and at the time (unbeknown to us), the business just took off. We later then launched Winchester House Cleaning which has now got very busy cleaning over 50% of the houses we clear. That was some time ago now, and since then we have built a trustworthy reliable business.

Merging with Winchester Delivery Service

In July 2013 we merged “Winchester House Clearance” and “Winchester House Cleaning” and “Winchester Delivery Services”. Winchester delivery services have been serving Winchester with House Clearances, deliveries etc for over 30 years. Their delivery service delivers for such clients as the NHS, and other major companies. Joining the two companies together has worked very well, giving us a very large shop, storage units, two large yards for sorting, (with the aim to recycle as much as is possible), and it also means we have over doubled the amount of vans, and our workload has tripled since the merge. This means we are still able to keep prices low. On the 22nd January 2015 Winchester House Clearance, Eastleigh House Clearance and Basingstoke House Clearance became part of “Bluegate Associates Limited”  We believe we are now the largest and most established house clearance company in the Hampshire.
